HEEP has been established to create a working relationship between learning providers and employers.

What is HEEP?

HEEP is an exciting venture which has been established to create a working relationship between learning providers and employers. HEEP is project managed by the Harlow Education Consortium (HEC).

HEEP aims to unite businesses, schools and partner agencies in the effort to provide excellent opportunities for the young people of Harlow at different stages of their education for appropriate career paths.

HEEP brings together all the stakeholders involved in providing links between education and business to ensure co-ordination and maximum impact.

Why talk to HEEP?

HEEP is actively seeking to work closely with employers across all sectors to support and extend a range of education employer partnership activities.

The government want schools and businesses to work together to provide opportunities for young people to access work related skills and widen the curriculum offer to include industry links.

• HEEP will work to raise aspirations and familiarise Harlow young people with business in the local community and beyond.

All local businesses in Harlow

• If you have 1 or 1000 employees, HEEP can help you to engage with education in Harlow at a level appropriate to your business.
